Since the project began on July 10, we at Truss Pine have been fully involved, designing and manufacturing the trusses. The Westcott Swampscott - Elm Place

Elm Place, located at 125 Essex Street in Swampscott, MA, is under the management of Cranshaw, and we are proud to be part of this project since April 24. As the truss designers, our role is to ensure that the building’s floor system is executed to perfection. We understand the importance of providing a durable and efficient truss system, which is why we bring our best efforts to every aspect of the project. By collaborating closely with Cranshaw, we ensure that our truss designs meet both their high standards and the technical requirements, contributing to a project that will enhance the community for years to come.

Modera Revere

Modera Revere, situated at 548-580 Revere Beach Boulevard in Revere, MA, is a modern residential project being managed by MillCreek Residential. We at Truss Pine are responsible for the design and manufacturing of the trusses, and since June 10, we’ve been committed to ensuring the building has a floor system with high quality standarts. With our attention to detail and technical know-how, we’re confident that our contributions will help make Modera Revere a standout residential development in the area.
